Version in effect as of: 15/06/2026

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on the site deals.produits-veto.com, operated under the trade name Produits-veto.com | ANTI-GASPI.

1. Identification of the seller

The site deals.produits-veto.com is published by:

SELARL Pharmacie de l'Envigne
11 place du Général Pierre
86140 Lencloître – France
RCS Poitiers: 439 616 335

Produits-veto.com | ANTI-GASPI is a site dedicated to the sale of veterinary products, animal health products, complementary feed, hygiene products, accessories and, where applicable, veterinary medicines not subject to mandatory prescription, offered at a reduced price due to a clearly indicated commercial particularity prior to purchase.

2. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales concluded between SELARL Pharmacie de l'Envigne and any customer placing an order on the site deals.produits-veto.com.

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs. The customer acknowledges having read them before validating their order.

These T&Cs apply to consumers acting for non-professional purposes. Professional customers are invited to contact customer service for any specific request.

3. Purpose of the ANTI-GASPI site

The site Produits-veto.com | ANTI-GASPI aims to limit the waste of products that are still usable, compliant and marketable, by offering products with a commercial particularity at a reduced price.

The products offered may in particular be affected by:

  • an upcoming expiry date;
  • a Minimum Durability Date, or MDD, approaching or exceeded where regulations allow it;
  • damaged, creased, stained, torn or marked outer packaging;
  • old packaging;
  • end of series;
  • a one-off clearance sale;
  • a limited available quantity.

These particularities are indicated on the product page or during the purchase process when known before the order. They constitute an essential characteristic of the product.

4. Enhanced information on Anti-Gaspi products

Before placing any order, the customer must carefully read the information displayed on the product page, in particular the expiry date, the MDD, the condition of the packaging, the format, the target species, the precautions for use and the conditions of use.

By validating their order, the customer acknowledges having been informed of the commercial particularity of the product ordered.

A short date, an approaching MDD, old packaging or an aesthetic defect of the outer packaging clearly indicated before purchase does not, in itself, constitute a defect of conformity or a hidden defect.

This clause never deprives the customer of their legal guarantees if the delivered product has an unreported defect, a compromise to its integrity, a health issue, a reference error or an actual non-conformity.

5. Products with a short date

Some products offered on the site may have an upcoming expiry date. This date is indicated to the customer before validation of the order when it constitutes the reason for the discount.

The customer undertakes to verify that the time remaining before the expiry date is compatible with the intended use of the product.

For veterinary medicines, no product should be used after its expiry date. The customer undertakes to strictly comply with this date.

6. Products with an approaching or exceeded MDD

Some products may have a Minimum Durability Date, or MDD. The MDD should not be confused with an expiry date.

When the MDD is approaching or exceeded and the sale remains possible, this information is indicated before purchase. The customer acknowledges having read it before validating their order.

The customer must verify that the product remains suitable for the intended use and comply with the storage conditions indicated by the manufacturer.

7. Products with damaged packaging

Some products may have damaged, marked, creased, stained or torn outer packaging.

These defects concern only the outer packaging and must not affect the integrity, safety, quality or normal use of the product.

When damaged packaging is indicated before purchase, it cannot alone constitute a ground for complaint, return or refund.

However, if the customer notices upon receipt that the product itself is open, unsealed, altered, unusable or non-compliant with the description, they must contact customer service as soon as possible.

8. Products offered and essential characteristics

The products offered for sale are those presented on the site deals.produits-veto.com, subject to available stock.

Each product page presents the essential characteristics of the product, in particular its purpose, target species, format, particular condition, usage advice and, where necessary, its precautions for use.

Photographs are provided for indicative purposes only. Minor differences may exist, in particular in the case of old packaging, a change in visual by the manufacturer or an aesthetic packaging defect.

9. Veterinary medicines

Produits-veto.com | ANTI-GASPI may offer for sale veterinary medicines not subject to mandatory prescription, in compliance with the regulations applicable to the online sale of veterinary medicines.

The online sale of veterinary medicines subject to mandatory prescription is not offered on the site.

A veterinary medicine is not a product like any other. Before placing any order, the customer must carefully read the product page, the labelling, the package leaflet and the Summary of Product Characteristics when available.

The customer undertakes to use the veterinary medicine in accordance with the information on the package leaflet, the precautions for use, the contraindications, the target species, the dosage, the treatment durations and the storage conditions indicated.

For food-producing animals, the customer is solely responsible for compliance with withdrawal periods, restrictions on use and the obligations applicable to their activity.

10. Pharmaceutical review and order control

Any order containing a veterinary medicine may be subject to a pharmaceutical review by a pharmacist of the Pharmacie de l'Envigne or by an authorised person under their responsibility.

In this context, the Pharmacie de l'Envigne may ask the customer for additional information concerning in particular:

  • the animal species concerned;
  • the age, weight or physiological state of the animal;
  • the symptoms observed;
  • treatments already administered;
  • the intended use of the product;
  • the quantity ordered;
  • any element necessary to secure the dispensing.

The order may be temporarily suspended as long as the necessary information has not been provided.

11. Refusal to dispense

Validation of an order on the site does not automatically create a right to the dispensing of a veterinary medicine.

The pharmacist may refuse to dispense a veterinary medicine when the regulatory, health or pharmaceutical conditions are not met.

Refusal to dispense may in particular occur in the following situations:

  • doubt about the target species or the intended use;
  • risk to the health of the animal;
  • quantity ordered clearly unsuitable;
  • request for information left unanswered;
  • use incompatible with the package leaflet or precautions for use;
  • regulatory obligation not satisfied;
  • suspicion of misuse, abuse or resale;
  • short date deemed incompatible with the use declared by the customer.

In the event of refusal to dispense, the products concerned will be refunded to the customer. This refusal cannot give rise to any additional compensation.

12. Veterinary pharmacovigilance

Veterinary pharmacovigilance aims to monitor the safety and efficacy of veterinary medicines after they are placed on the market.

The customer is invited to report without delay any adverse event that may be linked to the use of a veterinary medicine, in particular:

  • adverse reaction in the animal;
  • adverse reaction in humans after exposure to the medicine;
  • suspected lack of efficacy;
  • administration error;
  • accidental use;
  • unexpected reaction;
  • suspected quality issue.

The report can be made to:

  • the laboratory holding the marketing authorisation;
  • the customer service of Produits-veto.com | ANTI-GASPI;
  • the Agence Nationale du Médicament Vétérinaire, ANMV, via the national veterinary pharmacovigilance system.

When a report is sent to Produits-veto.com | ANTI-GASPI, the Pharmacie de l'Envigne collects the relevant information and forwards it according to the applicable regulatory procedures.

The customer agrees to provide the information necessary to process the report, in particular information relating to the product, the batch number, the expiry date, the animal concerned, the circumstances of use and the effects observed.

13. Traceability of exchanges

Exchanges relating to an order, a request for advice, a pharmaceutical review, a refusal to dispense or a pharmacovigilance report may be kept by the Pharmacie de l'Envigne for evidentiary purposes, health safety, customer follow-up and compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.

These exchanges may in particular include emails, contact forms, phone calls, written messages, exchanges via messaging or any other communication channel used by the customer.

14. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes, VAT included, excluding delivery costs.

Delivery costs are indicated before final validation of the order.

The prices charged on Produits-veto.com | ANTI-GASPI take into account the commercial particularity of the products offered, in particular short date, approaching MDD, damaged packaging, old packaging or end of series.

The Pharmacie de l'Envigne reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices displayed at the time the order is validated.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Pharmacie de l'Envigne reserves the right to cancel the order. The customer will be informed and refunded where applicable.

15. Order

To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, checks their basket, provides their delivery and billing information, chooses their delivery method, accepts these T&Cs, then proceeds to payment.

The customer must carefully check the information specific to Anti-Gaspi products before validation, in particular the date, the MDD, the condition of the packaging and the conditions of use.

The order becomes final after payment validation, subject to any pharmaceutical checks, product availability and the absence of anomalies.

The Pharmacie de l'Envigne reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

  • non-payment;
  • suspicion of fraud;
  • an obvious error;
  • an unresolved prior dispute;
  • unavailability of the product;
  • refusal to dispense a veterinary medicine;
  • doubt about the compatibility between the product's short date and the intended use.

16. Product availability

Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to available stock.

Given the Anti-Gaspi nature of the site, products are often available in limited quantities. A reference may therefore become unavailable quickly.

In the event of total or partial unavailability after order validation, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. They may obtain a refund for the unavailable product or, where possible, accept a replacement solution.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the information given to the customer.

17. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

The accepted means of payment are those offered on the site at the time of the order.

The Pharmacie de l'Envigne retains ownership of the ordered products until full payment of the price.

18. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Delivery methods, applicable costs and estimated timeframes are indicated before order validation.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery times are given for information purposes only. The Pharmacie de l'Envigne cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier, a case of force majeure or incorrect information provided by the customer.

The transfer of risk occurs when the customer or a third party designated by them takes physical possession of the products.

19. Receipt of parcels

Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer must check the apparent condition of the transport packaging and the products.

In the event of a damaged, opened, incomplete parcel or one showing a visible anomaly, the customer is invited to make precise reservations with the carrier and to contact customer service promptly.

This step facilitates the handling of the case with the carrier, without depriving the customer of their legal rights.

When the product was purchased with outer packaging already indicated as damaged, the customer must distinguish the announced aesthetic defect from any damage that may have occurred during transport.

20. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

When the order relates to several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision by an unambiguous statement, for example by email to contact@produits-veto.com or by letter addressed to the Pharmacie de l'Envigne.

The customer may use the following model:

I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the following product(s): [to be completed].
Ordered on: [to be completed].
Received on: [to be completed].
Customer name: [to be completed].
Customer address: [to be completed].
Date: [to be completed].

The customer must return the products within fourteen (14) days following notification of their withdrawal.

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the Pharmacie de l'Envigne.

21. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, certain products cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal. This concerns in particular:

  • unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
  • products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
  • customised products or products prepared according to the customer's specifications;
  • products that have been used, opened or incomplete after receipt.

For hygiene, health safety and traceability reasons, opened, unsealed veterinary medicines or those whose integrity can no longer be guaranteed cannot be taken back.

Anti-Gaspi products are not excluded from the right of withdrawal solely because of their reduced price. However, the returned product must comply with the return conditions provided for in these T&Cs.

22. Refund terms in the event of withdrawal

In the event of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Pharmacie de l'Envigne refunds the customer within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from recovery of the products or provision of proof of shipment.

The refund covers the price of the returned products and, when the withdrawal concerns the entire order, the initial standard delivery costs.

Additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered are not refunded.

The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless the customer agrees otherwise.

23. Return conditions

Returned products must be complete, clean, unused, undamaged and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

When the product was sold with damaged outer packaging clearly indicated before purchase, the return remains possible if the product has not been used, opened or altered beyond the condition announced at the time of sale.

Any product returned incomplete, used, damaged, dirty, unsealed or unfit for resale may be subject to a refusal of refund or a deduction proportional to the depreciation observed.

Returns must be sent to:

86140 Lencloître – France

24. Legal guarantee of conformity

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code.

The seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.

The customer has a period of two (2) years from delivery of the goods to take action under the legal guarantee of conformity.

In the event of a defect of conformity, the customer may request that the product be brought into conformity, replaced or refunded, under the conditions provided for by the Consumer Code.

The legal guarantee of conformity also applies to products sold on promotion, in clearance sales, with a short date or with damaged packaging.

However, an element clearly indicated before purchase, such as a short date, an approaching MDD or an aesthetic defect of the outer packaging, cannot be invoked as a defect of conformity if it corresponds to the information provided to the customer before the order.

25. Guarantee against hidden defects

The customer also benefits from the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

This guarantee applies when the product has a hidden defect, existing prior to the sale, rendering it unfit for its intended use or so diminishing that use that the customer would not have acquired it, or would only have given a lower price for it, had they known of it.

The customer may choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction in price, under the conditions provided for by the Civil Code.

26. Advice and information published on the site

The advice published on Produits-veto.com | ANTI-GASPI is provided for informational purposes only. It does not replace the examination, diagnosis or recommendations of a veterinarian.

In the event of doubt, persistent symptoms, worsening of the animal's condition, appearance of new symptoms or an urgent situation, the customer must consult a veterinarian.

For veterinary medicines, the customer must always refer to the package leaflet, the Summary of Product Characteristics and the manufacturer's recommendations.

27. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for the choice of products ordered and their use.

They undertake to comply with the conditions of use, storage, administration, precautions for use, contraindications, target species, expiry dates and the specific conditions indicated on the product page.

The Pharmacie de l'Envigne cannot be held liable for the consequences related to non-compliant use, overdose, administration to a non-target species, unsuitable storage, failure to comply with the package leaflet or use after the expiry date.

28. Seller's liability

The Pharmacie de l'Envigne is responsible for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the contract concluded at a distance, under the conditions provided for by law.

However, its liability cannot be engaged in the event of:

  • fault of the customer;
  • non-compliant use of the product;
  • use after the expiry date;
  • unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract;
  • force majeure;
  • inaccurate information provided by the customer.

29. Personal data

Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed by the Pharmacie de l'Envigne in order to manage orders, payments, deliveries, customer requests, accounting obligations, regulatory obligations, pharmaceutical reviews and pharmacovigilance reports.

Certain information relating to the animal may be requested when necessary for processing an order, securing dispensing, pharmaceutical advice or pharmacovigilance.

The customer has, under the conditions provided for by applicable regulations, a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of their data.

To find out more, the customer is invited to consult the Privacy Policy available on the site.
