Delivery

Fast delivery: all the information

A team at your service preparing your orders

Christelle, Cécile, Rosalinda, Pierre and the entire Produits-veto.com team prepare your orders with care from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Produits-veto.com | ANTI-GASPI is a site attached to the Pharmacie de l'Envigne, located in Lencloître, in the Vienne department (86). All orders are prepared and shipped from this location.

Each parcel is carefully checked before shipping, particularly when the order contains short-dated products, products with a near best-before date, veterinary products, supplements, hygiene care products or beekeeping products.

Shipping and preparation times

When all the products in your order are available, our team prepares and ships your parcel as quickly as possible from our pharmacy. Each order is carefully checked, packed and protected to guarantee the integrity of the products during transport.

Some products offered on Deals Produits-Veto come from short-dated batches or specific stocks from our partner laboratories. Before shipping, these batches sometimes have to be transported to our pharmacy in order to be checked and prepared with your order. This process may exceptionally extend the preparation time.

In this case, you will be informed as soon as your order is shipped. We always do what is necessary to limit this delay and guarantee you delivery under the best conditions.

In some cases, an additional delay may be necessary if an item needs to be restocked from our pharmaceutical distributor or directly from our partner laboratories. In this situation, you are informed and the order is shipped as soon as the products are received.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by one of our logistics partners: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DPD, BPost, SEUR, Poste Italiane or any other carrier available depending on the destination.

Home delivery, post office delivery or pick-up point delivery – Colissimo

With Colissimo, you benefit from an official delivery solution from the French postal network, recognised for its reliability and national coverage.

Its advantages:

• delivery directly to your home without signature;
• possibility of collection at your post office or usual shop if you are absent;
• fast, priority delivery throughout the territory;
• precise tracking of the parcel at every stage of transport;
• reduced delivery time in mainland France: 24 to 48 hours once shipped.

If you are absent when the postman calls, your parcel is kept at the post office, where you have around 14 days to collect it at the post office and 5 days from lockers.

Economical pick-up point delivery – Mondial Relay

With Mondial Relay, your order is delivered to a local shop chosen when you validate your basket.

Its advantages:

• an economical solution, often less expensive than home delivery;
• extended opening hours;
• no need to be present at home for delivery;
• a wide network of pick-up points throughout France;
• delivery time in mainland France: 72 to 96 hours once shipped.

Your parcel is kept for several days, generally 5 days, at the selected pick-up point.

Delivery within 48 to 96 hours in mainland France

We do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you within 48 to 96 hours in mainland France, depending on the carrier selected and the type of delivery chosen.

Delays may however occur due to disruptions beyond our control: weather conditions, strikes, carrier overload or logistics incidents.

Do you have an urgent need? Before placing an order, contact us. We will let you know, based on your needs, whether the order is likely to arrive on time.

Professionals: a tailored offer

Currently, parcel shipping is limited to 30 kg, or 20 kg for pick-up point delivery depending on the carrier.
